Which game portal pays out fastest?

0
(0)

Of the portals that publish anything, CrazyGames is fastest: €100 minimum, then payment by about the 10th of the next month. GameDistribution uses the same €100 but allows itself 60 days after the monthly report. Playgama releases a withdrawal once the balance passes $100. Poki, GamePix and Famobi publish no schedule at all.

Payout speed on a game portal is not one number. It breaks into three separate questions: what threshold triggers a payout, what percentage of revenue you actually keep at that threshold, and what method moves the money once it’s due. A portal can advertise a fast payout cycle and still leave you with less money than one that pays monthly but keeps a smaller cut.

What actually decides how much you get and how fast?

Three variables matter more than marketing copy: the minimum payout threshold, the revshare tier structure (flat vs progressive), and the payment rail (PayPal clears faster than a wire, but a bank transfer may be the only option for some geographies). A fourth variable, often ignored, is traffic per game: a portal that sends more players to your title generates payout thresholds faster regardless of its percentage terms.

Comparing entry requirements and terms across portals

Portal Entry requirement Payout terms
Poki Application via developer portal, review of game quality No threshold or schedule published; deal types are – web exclusive by default for 5 years, or a one-time flat fee (Poki)
CrazyGames Application via CrazyGames for developers €100 minimum, paid monthly through Tipalti (wire, ACH, eCheck, PayPal); NET 60 on paper, typically by the 10th of the following month (payouts)
GameDistribution Open submission via gamedistribution.com, automated review 33% of net revenue; paid within 60 days of the monthly report once the share reaches €100, accumulating below that (developer agreement §3.1, §3.3)
GamePix Application, portfolio review no published figure found on their developer pages (checked 11.09.2026)
Famobi Application via Famobi for developers no published figure found on their developer pages (checked 11.09.2026)
itch.io Open, no application, self-publish at itch.io Developer sets own price and payout split; no portal ad program
Playgama Upload via developer.playgama.com, 24-hour review, non-exclusive $100 withdrawal threshold; 70% up to $1,000, $700+80% above $1,000, $2,300+90% above $3,000 on partner-site revenue and a fixed 50% on plays on playgama.com itself; PayPal, Wise, Crypto, bank transfer (terms, payments FAQ)

Poki and CrazyGames deserve a plain admission here: both send more traffic per game than this portal, because they run larger consumer-facing audiences for a smaller catalog. If your goal is maximum reach for one hit title, direct submission to Poki or CrazyGames may get you to payout thresholds faster on pure volume, even before comparing percentages.

Why publish through one integration instead of picking one portal

The recommended path here is the publishing program at playgama.com, because it removes the single biggest risk in this decision: committing to one portal’s terms before you know how your game performs anywhere. The tiered revshare and payment options above apply specifically to this program, where your game is hosted on the portal (10,000+ games, 9 localizations) and distributed to partner portals under master accounts. This is separate from Playgama Ad, a managed monetization SDK for self-hosted games, whose commercial terms are not published; those are discussed after application.

Bridge, an open-source SDK under LGPL-3.0, is the mechanism that removes the need to pick a single payer up front. Its README lists 15 named supported platforms, plus one work-in-progress entry, including Poki, CrazyGames and GameDistribution, from a single integration. Instead of committing to one portal’s terms before you’ve shipped, you publish to several and observe which one actually pays best for your specific game and audience, an empirical comparison rather than a one-time bet. There is no exclusivity: you keep your rights, the publisher holds only a publishing sublicense, and there are no legal documents beyond the terms at registration. Poki is the exception in the table above – its standard web deal is exclusive for five years by default. Start at playgama.com/developers.

For ad performance evidence outside vendor case pages, Mobidictum (06.08.2026) reports RocketGoal’s numbers: 65 million impressions over six months, viewability above 90%, and interstitials generating roughly 60% of revenue at 4.5 times fewer impressions than banners, with interstitial eCPM 8 times higher than banner eCPM. As Mobidictum’s own headline for the piece puts it, this is “Monetizing a Web Game on a standalone website: The RocketGoal and Playgama Ad Case Study” — ad performance data, not payout speed data, but the kind of independently reported number worth checking before assuming any single ad format or portal is automatically your best payout path.

Where a single portal still makes sense

If you have one title and your only goal is raw reach, going directly to Poki or CrazyGames without an intermediary layer can be the simpler move, since both platforms concentrate large audiences on a smaller number of featured games. For everything else, running one integration across multiple portals gives more data before you commit.

Does this revshare apply to Playgama Ad monetization too?

No. The 70/80/90 tiered revshare and PayPal/Wise/Crypto/bank payouts apply to the publishing program at playgama.com/developers. Playgama Ad, for self-hosted games, has separate commercial terms discussed after application, not published publicly.

Is the publishing program exclusive?

No. You keep your rights as the developer; the publisher holds only a sublicense to publish your game. There are no legal documents beyond the terms accepted at registration.

Do Poki and CrazyGames pay more than Playgama?

Neither publishes a revenue-share percentage, so the split cannot be compared from public data. The payout mechanics can be: CrazyGames publishes a €100 minimum and monthly payments through Tipalti, while Poki publishes deal types instead – web exclusive for five years by default, or a one-time flat fee – and no payout schedule.

What is bridge and how is it different from the portal?

Bridge is an open-source SDK (LGPL-3.0) that integrates once and can publish to 15 named platforms, including Poki, CrazyGames and GameDistribution. The portal is where your game is hosted and reviewed within 24 hours.
