About Kingdom Master: Cozy Build-and-Defend with a Day/Night Loop

Kingdom Master is a cozy build-and-defend game built around a nightly twist. Each day, you ride your royal horse across a growing hex kingdom — chopping wood, mining stone and ore, digging up crystals, and selling them at the market for gold. When the sun goes down, invasion forces pour from portals and march on your castle, and you fight through the night with towers, cannons, and your own sword. One scene shows a castle with tan walls, blue roofs, and three cannons sitting at the center of the revealed terrain. Another moment captures a figure in yellow armor wearing a crown riding a brown horse down a grey stone path. The environment is built from green hexagonal tiles surrounded by clusters of grey, geometric clouds. The whole thing runs in a bright, hand-crafted low-poly world that plays in both landscape and portrait orientation on desktop and mobile, with support for English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Turkish.

Survive each night and the loop resets with bigger rewards and tougher enemies — and every fifth night a boss arrives. Even when the castle falls, every night you survived earns Crowns, a permanent currency that carries over into the next run through the Kingdom Legacy upgrade system.

How to Play Kingdom Master: Keep Your Castle Standing

The goal is to keep your castle standing for as many nights as possible. The day and night phases each demand a different focus, and a timer at the top of the screen shows exactly how long remains before the next attack.

Day — Build Up

Ride to a sawmill, quarry, or mine and stand beside it to collect resources. Sell those resources at the Market for gold. Stand on a glowing hex to unlock it, or walk up to the castle and towers and tap Upgrade to spend your gold. When opening a tower hex, choose one of three tower types: Ballista for speed, Cannon for heavy damage, or Frost to slow enemies.

Night — Defend

Enemies march from the portals toward your castle. Towers fire automatically, but when they run dry you need to reload them manually. Ride in with your sword alongside the towers. If the castle walls fall, the run ends.

Grow Between Runs

Nights survived earn Crowns. Spend them in the Kingdom Legacy to start richer, build thicker walls, hit harder, and ride faster. Finish daily quests, open treasure chests scattered across the map, and claim your daily gift to build toward a better record.
