Identify your intellectual property (copyrighted content, trademark, etc.) that you believe has been infringed (if you have more than one, please list them in one takedown notice form).
Identify the game published on the platform that you believe is infringing your IP rights. We recommend to indicate the name and/or the direct URL link. Please provide the details of where and what in the game you believe infringes your rights.
Additional information that you deem to be necessary. Please be mindful regarding the information that you are sharing and do not share any confidential or restricted information through this form.
