Using the /op Command in Game
The fastest way to give someone operator privileges is through the in-game console. If you’re already an operator or the server owner, simply open the chat window and type:
/op playername
Replace “playername” with the exact username of the player you want to promote. The command is case-sensitive, so make sure you spell it correctly. Once executed, that player will have full administrative powers including the ability to use commands, change game modes, and manage other players.
