Mon enfant joue à Toca Boca et nous avons acheté des contenus payants il y a quelque temps avec mon Apple ID.
Récemment, nous avons changé de téléphone et, malgré que nous soyons connectés avec le même Apple ID, le bouton Restaurer les achats dans le jeu ne fonctionne pas.
Nous souhaitons récupérer le contenu acheté la grande maison familiale car ils sont liés à notre compte.
