About Klak: Magnetic Stones — A Tabletop Duel of Magnetic Stones
Klak: Magnetic Stones is a tense tabletop duel where every stone on the felt is a magnet with its own pull ring. The goal is simple: be the first player to empty your hand. Drop stones inside the rope, keep them clear of every ring, and hope nothing snaps. When stones do snap together — klak! — every stone that snapped on your move returns to your hand. One clear rule governs the physics: a stone pulls only inside its ring, and pulls never add up. Touch a ring and those stones snap. One sliding stone can drag others into its own ring for a chain reaction.
Matches run short on desktop and mobile, in portrait or landscape. A 30-second interactive tutorial teaches the rules, and progress is saved across sessions.
How to Play Klak: Magnetic Stones — Empty Your Hand to Win
Both players start with a hand of stones and take turns placing one stone at a time. Drag a stone from your hand and drop it inside the rope, not on top of another stone. When released, the magnets pull. Every stone that snaps together during your move goes back into your hand. The first player to place all their stones wins.
While dragging, nearby stones reveal their pull rings. Rings brighten and stones tremble as your stone approaches; a red ring signals a snap is imminent. A golden ring shows exactly where your stone will land.
Coins
- Every clean move earns a coin; your own klak costs two (a match never takes coins away overall)
- Both winning and losing pay out at the end of a match
- The daily challenge pays a fixed coin reward once per day
- Coins are earned in play only — they can never be bought or cashed out

- Campaign: 12 opponents with rising difficulty, each with a personality and a twist; collect up to 36 stars
- Quick Match: classic rules against the AI on Easy, Medium, or Hard
- Daily Challenge: the same field, table, and opponent for every player that day, with a fixed coin reward once per day

Controls
- Mouse drag and release: drag a stone from your hand and release to place it

- Top-right mute button: toggles sound
