Unravel Loop is a cozy cross-stitch puzzle built around colorful spools traveling a track around a stitched picture. Each spool unpicks only the stitches that match its own color, winding the yarn back onto itself as it goes. The goal is to peel the picture away layer by layer, planning carefully which spool to send next while keeping your waiting slots from filling up. One scene shows an orange fish with white stripes and a black outline, its form composed of diagonal overlapping lines within a square grid. Across 40 handmade pixel pictures, the game stays relaxing and colorful while quietly demanding real planning.
How to Play Unravel Loop: Plan Your Spools, Peel the Picture
Tap the front spool of a lane to send it onto the track. As it circles the picture, it pulls the first stitch it faces in each row and column whenever that stitch matches its color. The number displayed on a spool shows how many stitches it still needs to collect; when that count reaches 0, the spool leaves the track on its own.
A spool that completes a full lap without finishing waits in a slot — tap it to send it around again. Up to 5 spools can ride the track at once. The critical rule: if a spool returns to the waiting area while every slot is already full, you lose. Managing those slots is the heart of every level.
When a level gets too tricky, three boosters are available to help: Rainbow, Shuffle, and Pick. Completing levels earns coins, which can be spent on those boosters for the harder stages.
