Number Match: Pairs and Tens
About Number Match: Pairs and Tens
Number Match: Pairs and Tens is a calm number puzzle where the goal is to clear a board of digits by connecting matching pairs. Two numbers can be matched either when they are equal or when they add up to 10. Progress is saved automatically, so a session can be picked up at any point without losing ground.
The game includes stages of growing difficulty, a daily challenge mode, and a hint system. It sits comfortably in the brain-training and logic puzzle space, offering a relaxed pace alongside genuine mental engagement.
How to Play Number Match: Pairs and Tens
Select two digits that are either equal or sum to 10. A valid pair must be connected horizontally, vertically, or diagonally through cells that have already been cleared, or the connection can wrap across the end of a row. Removing all digits from the board completes the stage.
When no more valid pairs are available, use the + button to append copies of the remaining digits to the board and open up new possibilities. The light bulb button provides a hint when a move is hard to spot.
Controls
- Tap / Click a digit: Select the first number of a pair
- Tap / Click a second digit: Complete the pair if the two digits are equal or sum to 10 and a valid path exists
- + button: Add copies of remaining digits to the board
- Light bulb button: Reveal a hint
