Junglewake drops you into a wild jungle with nothing but your hands and a desperate need for shelter. The goal is clear: chop trees, haul logs, build a camp strong enough to last the night, and eventually find a way off the island. By day the jungle is a resource field; by night it becomes a gauntlet as zombies pour out of the trees toward your walls. The game blends open-world exploration with horde survival and base-building, asking you to balance gathering, construction, and combat across a full day-night cycle.

How to Play Junglewake: Survive the Night and Escape the Island
The core loop runs on a day-night rhythm. During daylight, explore the map to gather stone, scrap, and wood. Chopping, fighting, and gathering all trigger automatically when you move close enough to a resource or enemy — no manual button press needed. Walk onto glowing pads to build and upgrade camp structures using whatever resources you are carrying at that moment.
When darkness falls, zombies emerge from the jungle in force. Patch your walls, raise watchtowers, and keep the campfire burning until dawn. Surviving each night lets your camp grow and moves you closer to escaping the island. Unlock new weapons as you progress and plan the route out.
