Goblin Rush
About Goblin Rush: Top-Down Survival Roguelite
Goblin Rush drops you into a single clearing for a single night, with one goal: survive until sunrise. The horde never stops coming, and each run mixes enemy types differently, so no two nights play out the same way.
The game is viewed from a top-down perspective, and the setting is dark and grassy. One scene shows stone paths cutting through a shadowed clearing dotted with small bushes and glowing specks. In another moment, a stone archway draped in green vines stands near the edge of the environment.
Enemies
- Kobolds: drift in loose clouds
- Crawlers: charge in packs
- Moths: weave and shred
- Wraiths: hang back and snipe
- Golems: lumber through everything
How to Play Goblin Rush: Hold Ground Until Sunrise
Every kill earns experience. Each level-up presents a choice of cards drawn from dozens of options — twin bolts, shattering novas, afterimages, gravity wells, and homing sparks among them. Dawn is the win condition: hold out long enough and the sun comes up.
Fail, and shards become available to spend on permanent upgrades, so the next run begins with more power than the last.
Permanent Upgrades
- Health
- Damage
- Speed
- Reach
- Greed
Controls
- WASD / Arrow Keys: Move
- Space / Shift / Click: Dash
- Esc: Pause

Games You Might Like
If horde survival and roguelite runs keep you coming back, the broader survival games category is packed with titles that share Goblin Rush's one-more-run tension. Gorbo the Orc: Axestorm is another horde-survival brawl where you hold off endless waves of goblins and level up on gems they drop. NEON DUNGEON is a pixel-art roguelite where you battle enemy waves, pick upgrades, and face dungeon bosses — with an Endless Mode for those who want to push their limits. Samurai Survival puts you against waves of enemies as a samurai, collecting gems and upgrading weapons and armor across fast battles. Wrist Survivor is an isometric survivors-like where you descend through twenty floors across four biomes, dodging monsters and picking upgrades on every level-up.
Fans of fast action and character progression will also find plenty in the action games collection, while those drawn to the card-choice and upgrade systems in Goblin Rush may want to explore the RPG games category as well.
