Smash the Piggy!
About Smash the Piggy!: Debt, Hammers, and Piggy Banks
Smash the Piggy! drops you into a relentlessly familiar financial nightmare: the paycheck is late, and the bills keep arriving — internet, utilities, a phone loan, rent, car repair, credit card debt, a mortgage, and taxes. The table in front of you, however, is stacked with piggy banks, and a hammer is within reach. The loop is simple and satisfying: smash piggies, collect coins, and race to pay off eight bills before the collectors come knocking.
One scene shows a red and white striped mallet with a dark handle standing upright beside a pink piggy bank. In another moment, four pink and three yellow glossy figures with coin slots on their backs are spread across a checkered surface. The play area itself is a pink and white checkered rectangle bordered by a flat brown frame.
The game blends roguelike runs with incremental tycoon management: every bankruptcy resets your progress but leaves your experience intact, letting you invest in permanent charms and come back sharper. Clean 3D graphics keep the chaos readable as coins fly and piggies fall.
How to Play Smash the Piggy!: Smash, Budget, and Pay Off All 8 Bills
Each day starts at the table. Aim the hammer at the piggy banks and it swings by itself — every swing costs energy, and when that energy runs out, the day ends. Between days, open your budget to buy skills, pick a hammer, and pay the current bill before its due date. Miss a deadline and you go bankrupt: the collectors take everything except your experience, which carries over to spend on charms. Pay off all eight bills to win.
