Rooftop Last Stand 2 is an idle tower-defense game where a squad of six quirky heroes holds a rooftop against an endless zombie horde. The heroes fight on their own while the player calls the shots — hiring, upgrading, and unleashing devastating powers on the crowd piling up below. Survive 100 waves in each of 10 cities, grab the loot, and extract before the roof falls, or push your luck for a bigger haul. When a city is cleared, a chopper picks up the crew and flies them to the next one.

Between fights, the game shifts into something more personal: chat with your crew, answer their questions for small buffs, and play pranks on them using fog bombs, a rubber chicken, a fake zombie, or a pizza break delivered by drone.

How to Play Rooftop Last Stand 2

The heroes shoot automatically, so the core decisions are about spending wisely and timing your powers. Use the buttons on the bottom panel to hire heroes and buy upgrades. Watch the power bars — when one fills up, select it and then tap the street to drop a meteor, napalm, or frost comet on the zombie crowd. Drone crates appear during waves; open them for rewards.

The critical threat to manage is the zombie pile at the walls. If it reaches the fire escape, zombies climb up and damage the roof. When the moment feels right, extract to bank your gold — or keep fighting for a bigger haul at greater risk.

Between waves, chatting with crew members and answering their questions grants small buffs. Pranks — fog bombs, a rubber chicken, a fake zombie, or a drone-delivered pizza break — are also available during downtime.
