SVALKOGRAD is a pixel-art action game built around scavenging, upgrading, and fusing salvaged weapons into increasingly powerful builds. Choose one of four starting heroes and head into a raid across eight districts, collecting scrap and unlocking new items along the way. Lightning, welding fire, turrets, and mechanical projectiles each push a build in a different direction, and the weapon fusion system rewards committing to compatible gear: two fully upgraded weapons that share a recipe fuse automatically between waves at no cost, opening up a weapon slot in the process. When more than one fusion recipe is available, the choice of which to pursue is yours.

How to Play SVALKOGRAD: Dodge, Collect, and Fuse Between Waves

Each raid drops your hero into an arena where enemies close in continuously. Weapons attack on their own, so movement and ability timing are the core decisions in the moment. Dodge enemies, gather experience and scrap as they drop, then use the breaks between waves to choose upgrades and buy gear. Two compatible, fully upgraded weapons fuse automatically for free at that point, freeing a weapon slot — and if competing recipes exist, pick the fusion that fits your build. Visit districts between raids to unlock new items and develop your hero further.
