About Merge Wall Defense

Merge Wall Defense puts your castle wall between a relentless army of goblins, bats, ogres, and towering bosses. The core loop is satisfying and strategic: buy heroes, place them on the wooden tower behind the wall, and keep merging them upward until your defenses are overwhelming. Three lands — Meadow, Frost Peaks, and Volcano — each bring their own boss to overcome, giving the campaign a clear sense of progression across distinct environments.

Five hero types cover a range of attack styles, and every hero grows through eight tiers, putting 40 total heroes in the codex to discover. From tier 5 onward, each hero type unlocks a powerful second attack, so reaching those higher tiers changes how your army fights. Wall upgrades, a daily free chest, and the option to sell surplus heroes round out the management side of the game.

How to Play Merge Wall Defense

Buy heroes and place them on the wooden tower behind the wall. Drag two identical heroes onto each other to merge them into a stronger version — every merge makes that hero bigger, faster, and deadlier. From tier 5, each hero also gains a powerful second attack.

Hero Types

• Archer: piercing arrows at tier 5+
• Fire Mage: burning ground at tier 5+
• Frost Mage: deep freeze at tier 5+
• Cannoneer: cluster bombs at tier 5+
• Storm Druid: thunderstrikes at tier 5+

Lands and Bosses

• Meadow: first land, with its own boss
• Frost Peaks: second land, with its own boss
• Volcano: third land, with its own boss

Wall and Army Management

• Upgrade the wall's health and auto-repair to keep it standing longer
• Open a free chest every day for additional resources
• Sell heroes you no longer need to free up space
• Speed up the battle when you are ready to push through a wave

Controls

• Drag: move a hero onto an identical hero to merge them
