Formation Wars
About Formation Wars: Toy Soldiers Marching Through Your House
Formation Wars drops you into a miniature conflict where the toys have gone to war and the battlefield is your house. Leading a squad of plastic soldiers, you march across a sheet of graph paper, a picnic cloth, a garden bench, a playroom mat, and a workshop tape measure — everyday surfaces turned into a surprisingly tense campaign. Every 5 soldiers merge into a stronger rank, climbing from Private all the way to Marshal, and 12 toy lines are available to unlock, including knights, pirates, astronauts, and ninjas.
The core tension comes from cardboard walls punched with formation-shaped holes. Each hole rewards a different prize, and snapping your squad into the right shape before you reach the wall is what separates a clean march from a costly one. Nail it and your Drill streak grows, speeding up your fire rate and paying out extra coins. Miss the shape and part of your squad stays behind. Toy weapons like the pea shooter and the confetti cannon add firepower as you push deeper into each level.
How to Play Formation Wars: Shape Up and March Through
Cardboard walls stand between your squad and the next stretch of ground, each one cut with a hole shaped like one of five formations: Line, Single File, Wedge, Turtle, or Scatter. Pick the hole that offers the best reward, shift into its matching shape before you arrive, and march through cleanly. Choosing the wrong shape leaves soldiers behind.
Stringing together correct formations builds your Drill streak, which raises your fire rate and earns extra coins. Your squad shoots automatically, so the focus stays on formation decisions and obstacle navigation. Hit gift boxes along the route to collect weapons and power-ups.
