The Core Loop: Attack, Defend, Survive

Six cards in hand. Bottom deck card shows trump suit. Lowest trump holder attacks first. Place a card. Defender beats it with higher same-suit or any trump. Trump crushes non-trump always. Can't defend? Take the pile. After each round, draw back to six cards. Deck empties? Keep playing hand cards until someone escapes.

Three Modes, Three Strategies

Draw (Podkidnoy): Other players pile on matching ranks. Defender beats them all or takes everything. Brutal. Strategic. The classic Russian chaos mode.
