About Crown & Crafts

Crown & Crafts is a medieval city-building and resource-management game where every good in your village follows a complete production chain. Ore is dug at the mine, carried to the smelter, forged by the smith, and handed to a recruit. Grain becomes flour, flour becomes bread, and bread only reaches your people once a porter walks it to their door. The design philosophy is explicit: you do not control individual villagers — you design the system they live in.

With over 30 buildings and 28 goods to work with, the game asks you to plan roads, porters, carts, and depots into a functioning economy, then defend everything you have built from bandits and rival lords. A 12-mission campaign offers optional goals and three stars of mastery per mission, alongside challenges and contracts. Completing missions earns Renown and Crown Seals, which unlock edicts, blueprints, and banners. The game plays in English and Vietnamese.

How to Play Crown & Crafts

Each mission presents objectives shown at the top left. The goal is to build a working village — roads, homes, food, and production chains — and then raise soldiers to hold off bandits. The first missions of the Campaign walk through the fundamentals step by step, making it the recommended starting point.

Production Chains

Nothing appears out of thin air. Every finished good traces back through a chain of buildings and carriers. Designing those chains — and the roads and depots that connect them — is the core of each mission.

Military and Defense

Once your economy is running, soldiers need to be equipped and positioned. Right-clicking a selected company sends them to move on open ground, attack bandits, or man a watchtower, depending on the target.

Progression and Rewards

Missions carry optional goals alongside their main objectives, and completing them to a high standard earns up to three stars of mastery. Renown and Crown Seals accumulated across missions unlock edicts, blueprints, and banners.
