Starting with a modest property, the goal is to grow it into a five-star resort by serving guests, keeping rooms clean, running a café, and maintaining a spa and pool. Cash left behind by guests funds new build pads that unlock each new area of the villa. Hiring staff lets the operation run with less direct involvement, and decorating the property pushes the star rating higher. A daily gift is available every time you return.
How to Play Cozy Stay: Grow a Small Villa into a Resort
Marco handles everything hands-on at first: checking guests in at reception, grabbing fresh towels, cleaning rooms, brewing coffee for the café, and keeping the spa stocked. Walking over money collects it, and standing on a build pad spends that cash to unlock new spaces — a café, a laundry, a spa, and a pool. Standing inside a circle triggers the relevant task, whether that's checking in a guest, cleaning, or making coffee. Carrying the wrong item? The basket by the desk is where Marco drops it. Hiring staff eventually takes some of the workload off, and decorating the villa raises its star rating from one up to five.
