Containment Protocol: Roguelike Deckbuilder
About Containment Protocol: Roguelike Deckbuilder — Command a Combat Android in Sci-Fi Runs
Containment Protocol: Roguelike Deckbuilder puts you in command of a combat android navigating a sci-fi world shaken by a containment breach. Three distinct Operators each bring their own playstyle, and every run invites fresh card combinations built around your chosen tactics. The pace is deliberate and strategic: anticipate enemy attacks, read the battlefield, and outsmart dangerous bosses across branching paths.
One scene shows a mechanical purple and white drone-like object floating in the center of a gray room with industrial piping and support beams. Another moment places a character with a red and black ponytail, wearing a bright orange and black armored suit, on the left side of the frame. The game supports both mouse and touch input, and runs in portrait or landscape orientation.
How to Play Containment Protocol: Roguelike Deckbuilder — Build Decks, Explore the Atlas, Defeat Bosses
Start by completing the tutorial and launching your first Campaign mission. After that first run, the Atlas opens up and you choose your next mission from its map of connections — battles, events, shops, and repairs all sit along the routes leading to each area's boss.
Before any run begins, open DECK to customize your starting cards. Chips let you unlock permanent Protocol choices or rent cards for a single run. Once inside a battle, inspect enemy intents and tap or click an enemy to read its dossier. Cards cost energy, and energy refills at the start of each turn. Attacks, Block, and various effects are all in play; press End Turn when you're done. Defeating the boss clears the area or act.
Between runs, equip earned Modules to strengthen your Operator in Campaign and Open Breach. Classic and Certified modes become available as you progress. To pause mid-run, use Save and quit from the run menu, then Continue to pick up where you left off — though Weekly Breach saves expire at the weekly reset.
