CHECKMASTER is a modern chess game where strategy, intelligence, and every move carry real weight. Facing a smart AI opponent, the game offers three difficulty levels — Casual, Skilled, and Extreme — so both newcomers and seasoned players find a fitting challenge. Beautiful graphics, smooth gameplay, realistic chess sounds, and an elegant chessboard give each match a polished, focused feel. Every consecutive victory raises the difficulty by 5%, meaning the AI grows sharper the longer a winning streak continues.

How to Play CHECKMASTER: Capture the King in Checkmate

Every match puts the white pieces in the player's hands against the computer. The goal is to capture the opponent's king by placing it in checkmate. Along the way, protecting your own king while eliminating enemy pieces shapes every decision.

Match Setup and Options

• Select a difficulty — Casual, Skilled, or Extreme — before the match begins.
• Difficulty can be changed at any time without losing current progress.
• Press New Game to restart the match whenever needed.
• Use Sound ON/OFF to enable or disable game sounds.

Moving and Capturing

• Select a piece, then move it to a highlighted square to complete the action.
• Capture enemy pieces and keep your king safe throughout the game.
• When a pawn reaches the opposite side of the board, choose a promotion piece.
• Use Undo Move to take back the last move made.

Winning and Progression

• Put the opponent's king in checkmate to win the match.
• Each consecutive victory increases the AI difficulty by 5%.

Controls

• Mobile: Touchscreen — tap a piece to select it, then tap a highlighted square to move.
