About Animal Hospital 3D: Blocky Physics Sandbox with Ragdoll Characters

Animal Hospital 3D is a blocky 3D physics sandbox packed with crazy animal characters. The premise is simple: pick a world, open the Items menu, and drop in whatever catches your eye. Rabbits, cats, a doctor, a nurse, cars, crates, bombs, levers, and doors are all available to place and combine however you like — then watch the chaos unfold.

Every character reacts to the environment through ragdoll physics, stumbling, tumbling, and flying through the air. The Manipulator tool lets you grab and throw characters across the map. Weapons include pistols, rifles, and a grenade launcher, while explosives range from grenades and mines to rockets and fireworks. Vehicles are drivable, and a helicopter is available to fly. Blocks can be built and broken, and the wiring system connects levers, pressure plates, timers, lamps, and doors into whatever contraptions you are able to imagine.

Animal Hospital 3D has no single goal to win — it is a sandbox where the objective is to create, experiment with physics and explosions, and have fun. Start by creating a world, then place characters, vehicles, and items from the Items menu. Build structures, wire up interactive elements, and set off whatever you have assembled. Extra worlds and items are unlocked by watching a short video.
