About WARD 100
WARD 100 puts you on the night shift in a hospital ward where every door opens onto what looks like the same room — except something in it may have moved. The challenge is quiet and relentless: walk the ward, read every object in the room, and decide whether the scene is clean or wrong. The crooked clock, the IV bottle, the bed rail, the window latch — each one can be inspected, and each one can betray you. A hundred rooms stand between you and the end of the shift, and nobody has walked out of this hospital yet.
The anomaly rate shifts as the night deepens. Behind the first 30 doors, 70% of rooms hide something wrong; the next 30 drop to 60%, then 50%, then 40%. By room 100, an empty room can be the scariest thing of all. Twenty anomalies are woven across those hundred rooms, and a single wrong call sends you back to room 1.
How to Play WARD 100
Each room presents objects that can be examined one at a time. A first interaction reads an object's state back to you; a second lets you lean in close. After surveying the room, two buttons deliver the verdict: PUSH ON if nothing is wrong, TURN BACK if something is off. One mistake resets progress to room 1, so every judgment carries weight.
The anomaly density described above means early rooms demand constant vigilance, while later rooms reward patience — a room that appears completely undisturbed is not necessarily safe.
