Ringway is an addictive timing-and-reflex puzzle built around a single, deceptively busy one-way roundabout. An endless stream of cars circles the ring, and the core challenge is spotting gaps in that flow and releasing queued cars into it without triggering a crash. The concept starts simple, then layers on colour-matching rules and a wildcard police car mechanic that demand real planning alongside quick reactions. Fewer crashes across a level earns a higher rating.
How to Play Ringway: Clear the Ring and the Queue
Every car on the ring moves at the same speed, so the window for a safe release is a clear gap in the flow — cut traffic off and the level restarts. The top exit adds a colour rule: only cars matching the currently highlighted colour can leave through it, and when that colour is fully cleared the next colour's turn begins. Working through the queue therefore requires a plan, not just reflexes.
A police car acts as a wildcard. It leaves the queue first and repaints the car directly in front of it, which can break up a colour jam and open a path to the exit. Clear every car from both the ring and the queue to beat the level.
