About Pickup Pals: Color Ride: Cozy 3D Color-Sorting Puzzle
Pickup Pals: Color Ride is a cozy 3D color-sorting puzzle where lines of people wait at the gates, little cars pull up to the stop, and everyone needs a ride home. Yellow people ride the yellow car, blue the blue car, green the green car, red the red car. The whole thing is rendered in a chunky clay style that gives the characters and vehicles a warm, tactile look.
With only 6 waiting spots between you and a traffic jam, every tap counts. The 60 levels grow gradually harder, with easier breather levels placed in between to keep the pace comfortable. When things get tricky, Undo, +1 Slot, and Hint boosters are on hand, and winning levels earns coins to buy more of them.
Two special passenger types add a layer of planning: mystery people hide their color behind a "?" until they reach the front of their line, and rainbow people can board any car with a free seat — a flexibility that cuts both ways if a seat someone else needs gets taken.
How to Play Pickup Pals: Color Ride: Get Every Person Home
The goal is to get every person into a car that matches their color and clear the level. Select a line to send the person at its front through the gate. If a car of their color is already parked at the stop, they board immediately. If not, they wait in one of the 6 waiting spots.
Once a car is full it drives away and the next one pulls in. Anyone already waiting for that color boards automatically. The critical constraint is those 6 waiting spots — fill them all and the level is lost, so planning a few moves ahead is essential.
Special Passengers
- Mystery people: appear dark with a "?" and reveal their color only when they reach the front of their line
- Rainbow people: can ride any car with a free seat — use them carefully, as they can occupy a spot another passenger needs
Boosters
- Undo: takes back the last move
- +1 Slot: adds an extra waiting spot
- Hint: shows the best line to tap next
Earn coins by winning levels to purchase additional boosters when supplies run low.
