Pepe95 drops you into a lovingly recreated 1990s personal computer desktop, where suspicious folders hide a collection of meme frogs and a 60-second timer keeps the pressure on. The goal is straightforward: explore the retro environment, collect 12 Pepe variants, and rack up points before the minute expires. Between rounds, the desktop shuffles everything fresh, so no two searches play out the same way. Spend accumulated points at the Windows Upgrade Center to unlock new desktop editions, and take a break with fully working retro accessories — Paint, Notepad, Minesweeper, a calculator, CD Player, and Disk Defragmenter are all present and functional. Somewhere inside those utilities, another little green friend is hiding.

How to Play Pepe95: Find Frogs Before the Timer Ends

Each round tasks you with finding 8–10 frogs scattered across the desktop's folders within 60 seconds. Clicking a Pepe collects it and awards 100 points. When the timer runs out — or once you've found all the frogs — a freshly shuffled round begins. Points accumulate across rounds and can be spent in the Windows Upgrade Center to unlock new desktop editions.

Navigation

• Open folders to dig deeper into the desktop's directory structure.
• Use the Up button or the folder path bar to navigate back to a previous level.

Settings and Session Controls

• Single-click mode can be enabled in Settings for faster folder opening.
• Change the language via the language indicator beside the clock, or through Start → Settings → Language.
• Escape pauses the search.
• Start → Shut Down ends the session.
