How to Play Night Shift Online (Anomaly): Survive Over 99 Nights

Work through night shifts at the animal hospital, treating pets and using photo cameras, security cameras, and other special equipment to detect hidden anomalies among your patients. When anomalies and monsters are found, fight them off using the weapons available to your class. The goal is to survive over 99 nights.

Choose a class — surgeon, nurse, security guard, or another available role — each with its own job in the hospital. Work alongside friends and other players on the same online server, and use the in-game chat to coordinate and help each other.
