Start with a shopping mall and expand it by acquiring new shops, outfitting each one, and upgrading both the interior and exterior. Distribute reputation points among visitors and assign priority customers to each shop to maximize returns.

Purchase delivery vehicles to generate additional income from completed trips. Keep an eye on the corridors — trash cans and vending machines can get clogged and need attention.
