Idle Mutation Tower Defense
About Idle Mutation Tower Defense: Biopunk Idle Roguelite Defense
Idle Mutation Tower Defense drops you into a biopunk fantasy world where a living fortress stands between relentless monster waves and total destruction. Each upgrade physically reshapes the tower — new abilities grow as 3D organs directly onto its body, turning a simple structure into a grotesque, powerful organism over the course of a run. Offensive organs, defensive structures, and rare cores all combine into mutation builds that define how each attempt plays out.
How to Play Idle Mutation Tower Defense: Survive Waves and Grow Mutations
The goal is to survive as many waves as possible before the fortress falls. The tower fires at approaching enemies automatically, so the core decisions revolve around resource use and mutation choices.
Resources and Upgrades
- Red crystals: collected during battle and spent on temporary stat improvements for the current run
- Blue crystals: gathered during runs and used for research between attempts
- Genetic material: unlocks new mutations and is also collected during battle
Between Runs
When the fortress's health reaches zero the run ends, but part of your progress carries forward. Use that retained progress to improve base stats, research active and passive abilities, and grow new organs. Combining offensive mutations, defensive structures, and rare cores shapes the build for the next attempt against increasingly dangerous waves.
Controls
- Mouse: all game interactions
