About Grid Force: Turn-Based Strategy on Floating Hexagonal Islands
Grid Force is a turn-based strategy game set on floating islands built from hexagonal stone pillars. The goal is straightforward and brutal: outlast one to three rivals and be the last army standing on the map. The land itself is the resource and the threat — harvesters earn coins every turn but grind down the ground beneath them and their neighbors, so the island is always shrinking. The less land remains, the richer everyone gets, and the faster everything collapses into the mist.
One scene shows a floating island made of gray hexagonal columns dotted with small green conical trees and scattered gray rocks. Another scene presents a parchment-textured map with dotted lines connecting 24 numbered circular nodes.
How to Play Grid Force
The winning condition is to leave every rival without a single hex. Walkers capture hexes, harvesters earn coins but lower the land level, and any hex that runs out of levels falls into the mist — taking everything on it with it. Blow up your own harvesters before an enemy can seize them, shell enemy stacks with cannons, and fly troops over chasms by helicopter. The strategic tension comes from managing a shrinking board where every economic decision reshapes the terrain.

- Shift+click: buy the most walkers

- Right click or Esc: cancel
- Enter: end the turn
Touch
- Tap squad, tap target hex, then tap again or press green check: confirm move or attack
