Exit the Backrooms: Level 2 is a 3D horror escape game by 1Pixel Games where you explore a dangerous level of the Backrooms, activate all the levers, and find a way out. Three distinct entities roam the level, each with its own behavior: Big Smiling patrols the map hunting lost wanderers, Swarm of Smiling lurks inside pipes and signals its presence with blinking lights, and Statue moves at high speed but freezes the moment you look directly at it. To survive, a portable entity scanner, almond water, lockable hermetic gates, and hidden lockers are at your disposal. Realistic graphics combine with a VHS camera effect and a unique soundtrack to build the atmosphere across a large map divided into many zones.

How to Play Exit the Backrooms: Level 2

Navigate Level 2 of the Backrooms, interact with levers scattered across the map to activate them, and escape before the entities catch you. Watch for blinking lights near pipes — that's your cue to hide from the Swarm of Smiling. Keep your gaze on the Statue to freeze it in place. Use the entity scanner to track threats, drink almond water when needed, lock hermetic gates behind you for protection, and duck into lockers to avoid detection. The level holds many secrets beyond the main objective.
