Escape from the tsunami and steal the brainroot drops you into a frantic race against rising waves where the goal is simple: run fast, grab brainrots, and keep building. The pace is relentless — tsunamis roll in and you have to move or get swept away. Between the sprinting and the dodging, you're also collecting brainrots and pouring resources into your base to unlock more slots and place even more of them.

Several scenes show a green floor made of repeating square studs spread across elevated tiers. In one scene, a white rhinoceros-shaped creature with a toaster-like body and a piece of bread sticking out of its back stands on that surface. Another scene shows a pig-shaped creature with a barrel-like body and what looks like a lit fuse rising from its back, also standing on the green floor.
