How to Play Doctor Foot
A chart on the right side of the screen guides every appointment. Follow it in order, picking the correct tool and applying it to every highlighted spot until that step is complete. Two separate goals run simultaneously: work gently to earn five stars, and work fast to earn a gold medal. Stars and medals both contribute to raising your doctor rank.
Rank and Rewards
- Stars and medals earned during treatment raise your doctor rank, advancing you from intern toward chief physician.
- The rank button at the top opens your office, where trophies, patient records, and office styles are displayed.
- New office styles and golden tools unlock as your rank climbs.
- After completing the ten main patients, endless overtime patients become available.
Controls
- Tap a tool (mouse or touch): Pick up the tool from around the foot
- Click and drag: Pull objects out, scrub, rub, or stitch
- Press and hold: Spray, freeze, or cool a spot
- Drag (X-ray screen): Move bones into the correct position
- Keys 1–7: Select tools directly by number
- Esc: Close the office panel
