Chess Tactics

About Chess Tactics: Turn-Based Roguelike Where Chess Meets a Shooter

Chess Tactics drops you into a turn-based tactical roguelike where the chessboard becomes a combat arena. The central idea is a lone king armed with powerful weapons, moving across the board, predicting enemy attacks, and eliminating hostile chess pieces one chamber at a time. Each run builds differently as new weapons unlock and upgrades stack, so no two playthroughs follow the same strategy.

How to Play Chess Tactics: Clear Chambers, Earn Upgrades, Survive All Floors

The goal each chamber is to defeat every enemy piece. Once the board is cleared, the run advances and upgrades become available — new weapons unlock and the difficulty climbs with each floor. Every move, shot, and reload spends a turn, so watching enemy attack patterns and planning each action carefully is central to surviving deeper floors.
