How to Play Merge & Ricochet: Idle

Pickaxes move and mine automatically once placed, so the main decisions involve building and improving that fleet. Spend Gold on new pickaxes and Ore Cores on powerful upgrades. Leveling up unlocks automatic skills, and the mine holds gold vaults, crystal caves, and runic trials to explore. When the shielded Ore Colossus stands in the way, the combined force of the fleet must break through it. After pushing through all 400 locations, Endless mode keeps the digging going indefinitely.

Pickaxe Merging

Drop a pickaxe onto another pickaxe of the same level to merge them into a higher-level version. The merge ladder runs through 50 pickaxe levels, so each combination moves the fleet meaningfully forward.

Prestige

Prestiging restarts the run and grants permanent bonuses to Gold, Ore Core, and Experience gains.
