Wash It! Tycoon is a cozy 3D garage tycoon where the goal is to build and max out three distinct garages, each with its own setting and vehicle mix. Start by washing muddy cars, fixing dents, and drying them to a shine, then collect the cash and expand lane by lane. The three garages grow progressively more ambitious: a desert car wash, a harbor where boats and jet skis arrive by water and ride a travel lift, and a quarry packed with trucks, excavators, and tractors where tires need carrying and a forklift can be hired. Emergency vehicles — police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks — show up as special customers. All visuals are built in code as simple low-poly shapes.
How to Play Wash It! Tycoon: Build and Max Out All Three Garages
Movement and interaction are the two pillars of play. Walk to a vehicle, stand in the white ring beside it, and perform the wash, repair, or dry service. Walk over cash piles on the ground to collect money. To build new stations, hire workers, or open new lanes, stand on a price pad. The Upgrade button levels up individual stations as well as your own character. A progress bar at the top of the screen tracks advancement toward the next goal; once it fills, travel to the next garage via the Map. The overall objective is to build and fully max out all three garages.
