Solitaire Associations SET takes the familiar Klondike layout — columns of cards, a draw pile, and foundations — and replaces every card with a word. Instead of sorting by suit and rank, the goal is to group words into logical thematic sets. The result is a brain-training puzzle that works your vocabulary while keeping the relaxed, unhurried pace of classic solitaire.
Hundreds of deals are available across ten languages, including English, so the challenge stays fresh without ever feeling rushed. One scene shows a dark teal background with faint geometric lines connecting small light-colored dots.
How to Play Solitaire Associations SET
The objective is to clear the table by sorting every word card into its matching category before moves run out. Each foundation starts with a theme card, and only words that belong to that theme can be stacked on it — pets with pets, seasons with seasons, fabrics with fabrics. When a category is complete, it leaves the board.
Each deal is a small puzzle: deciding which column to free first, when to draw from the stock, and which group is safe to move together. Wrong drops are blocked — mixed themes, words placed on a theme card, or a base that does not match will not be accepted. There is no timer; only the remaining move count matters.
Stuck on a deal? A restart option lets you take a clean run at the same level at any time.
Controls
Desktop Controls
- Left mouse button: click and drag a face-up card (or a valid stacked group) onto another column or onto the matching theme base
- Click the stock: turn over the next card from the draw pile; click again when the pile is empty to recycle the waste
- Replay: restart the current level (confirm in the dialog)
- Menu: return to the main screen
- Booster buttons: freeze moves, extra moves, or auto-move
Mobile Controls
- Drag: hold a face-up card or group and drop it on a valid column or theme base
- Tap the stock: draw the next card; tap an empty stock to recycle the waste
- Replay / Menu: same as on desktop
