When the angle isn't quite right, the knife handle can bounce off an obstacle, flipping the blade back over and giving another shot at a clean cut. That recovery mechanic keeps the run alive rather than ending it on a single mistimed tap.

How to Play Cut It 3D: Flip, Bounce, and Reach the End

The knife travels forward automatically, and every tap sends it into a flip. The task is to time each flip so the blade — not the handle — makes contact with the obstacle and divides it into equal halves. Obstacles include pencils, pipes, anvils, and more. Keeping the knife in the air throughout the run is essential; letting it fall ends the attempt. When the blade misses its mark, bouncing off an obstacle with the handle can flip the knife back into a cutting position for another chance. Reach the end of the course to complete the run.
