How to Play Tango: The Balance Grid

Each cell must receive either a filled circle (●) or a hollow circle (○). Two hard constraints govern placement: no more than two identical symbols may appear side by side in any direction, and every row and column must end up with an equal count of each symbol. Two additional rules handle adjacent cell pairs — cells separated by an = sign must share the same symbol type, while cells separated by a × sign must hold opposite types. Spot the patterns, apply the constraints, and work through the grid by logic alone.
