Poofruits: Merge the Fruit is a single-player merge puzzle where every piece of fruit has a personality. All eleven fruits, ranging from blueberry to watermelon, blink at you, squint when something lands on them, beam when they merge, and start to doze off if you leave them alone too long.

The physics behaves honestly: a dropped fruit rolls, shoves its neighbours, and can set off a chain of merges worth far more than you anticipated. Stacking well beats stacking fast. A semi-transparent white line spans the top portion of the fruit container, marking the boundary that ends a run when fruit crosses it.

Runs are short, losing costs nothing, and the pull to start again is immediate. A leaderboard and personal best are tied to your Yandex account, so your score survives a change of device.

How to Play Poofruits: Merge the Fruit — Drop, Merge, and Chain

Release to drop it into the cup. Two identical fruits that touch become the next fruit up the chain: blueberry makes a cherry, cherry makes a kumquat, and so on all the way to the watermelon. Merges chain, so one well-placed drop can clear half the cup at once.

Swipe down to fling the fruit instead of dropping it gently — this drives it into a tight pile and opens a path through crowded spots. Put the big fruits at the bottom and leave the small ones room near the top so they have time to find their pair before the line is reached.

Now and then a bomb appears in the queue. It can be dropped into the cup like any fruit, or tapped where it sits to set it off immediately. Either way, it scatters whatever has settled into a jam and gives a crowded cup a second chance.

Controls
