Escape from nuthouse - For two players! drops you into a madhouse where every moment unfolds through a camera attached to your character, creating a tense, first-person atmosphere unlike a standard overhead view. The goal is straightforward and relentless: break out of the asylum walls. Along the way you meet a friend, and the two of you fight through crowds of guards together, creating chaos across huge, explorable maps built with elaborate physics and detail. A leaderboard tracks how fast players manage the escape.

How to Play Escape from nuthouse - For two players!

The core objective is to escape the nuthouse as quickly as possible. On certain levels the direction reverses — you must get back inside the nuthouse to help your friend break out. Throughout every level, search for keys that unlock doors and exits, then use those keys to open the locks standing between you and freedom.

Orderlies block your path at every turn. Use firearms to take them all out before pushing forward. Grenades are also available when the situation demands heavier firepower.
