Toybox: Pixel World Sandbox is a 2D physics sandbox where building, experimenting, and watching things react is the entire point. Place blocks, spawn ragdoll characters including cats, rabbits, and pigs, add weapons and objects, and set up red-versus-green team battles — then step back and see what the physics engine does with it all. You'll find no fixed missions and no single way to win; the next experiment is always the goal.

Several scenes show translucent light-blue cubes with diagonal white highlights stacked on top of brown wooden-textured blocks. In one scene, a green textured hand grenade with a silver pin and handle sits next to a character wearing a yellow hard hat. Another moment shows a yellow-capped spring mechanism positioned between two grass-topped blocks with a tan rabbit-themed character above it.

How to Play Toybox: Pixel World Sandbox — Build, Experiment, Create

Open the character-and-blocks button, pick a category and an item, then click or tap an empty spot in the world to place it. Build structures, add characters and equipment, and use the crossed-swords button to switch bot battles on or off. When you have the required resources, open the hammer menu to craft new equipment. Gather wood and crystals to unlock crafting options, then rebuild and try a completely different idea. The sandbox is open-ended — creating your own challenges is the whole experience. Note that the current in-game text is in Russian.

• Drag empty space: Move the camera (desktop)
• Mouse wheel / + / -: Zoom in or out
• Drag: Interact with objects (mobile)
• A / D or Left / Right arrow: Move a controlled character
• W: Jump

• G: Drop the held item
• Character-control button: Select a character to control
• On-screen movement, jump, and action controls: Character control on mobile
