About Gravity Sandbox HD
Gravity Sandbox HD drops you onto a sunny HD island armed with a gravity gun and no obligations. The island is open for free play — no required missions, no forced objectives — just physics experiments, vehicle rides, and exploration at your own pace. Lift crates, tires, and barrels, stack them into towers, or hurl them across the environment to watch the physics engine do its work.
The island holds several distinct areas to discover: an orange loop track for high-speed runs, a cliff town, a cave lagoon, and a harbor. A dedicated experiment area brings together magnets, portals, a catapult, a conveyor, and a water sluice for more deliberate physics testing.
With 36 vehicles spanning cars, construction machines, boats, and aircraft — each carrying its own tools such as buckets and winches — there is plenty of mechanical variety to work through across the island's terrain and water.
How to Play Gravity Sandbox HD
The gravity gun is your primary tool for interacting with the world. Grab objects, stack them into towers, or send them flying to observe how the physics system responds. The experiment area's magnets, portals, catapult, conveyor, and water sluice offer structured setups for more deliberate testing. Entering any of the 36 vehicles unlocks that vehicle's specific ability — construction machines carry buckets, others carry winches — and opens up the loop track, harbor, and other areas in new ways. The island map helps with navigation across all locations.
