Chameleon Hide and seek puts you in the role of a master of camouflage, challenging you to explore a map, pick the right color, paint yourself, and disappear into the environment before the seeker spots you. Each round tests your attention, reaction, and ability to outsmart whoever is hunting you — the better your color match and hiding position, the greater your chance of surviving until the end.
Several scenes show pale tan square tiles covering both floors and walls. Bright red plastic tubes curve through rooms in more than one area of the game. One scene features a row of dark red metal lockers standing against a wall with yellow patterned wallpaper.
How to Play Chameleon Hide and seek
Camouflage
Choose the color that best matches the wall, floor, or nearby objects, then move close to a surface to blend into the surroundings. The closer your shade is to the environment, the harder you are to detect.
Do Not Get Caught
Watch the seeker and stay still when they are nearby. If spotted, run away quickly, change your color, and find a new hiding place.
Goal
Stay hidden until the end of the round. The better your color and position, the higher your chance of winning.
Controls
- WASD keys: Move on a computer
- Virtual joystick: Move on a phone
- Jump: Quickly push away from a wall
- Crouch button or Shift: Detach from a surface
