Arklet
About Arklet
Arklet is a cozy, meditative puzzle game from developer FOTCH where the art of organization becomes a way to create harmony for charming "square" animals. As caretaker of a unique ARKlet, you tend to a cast of creatures — each with its own personality, quirks, and little secrets — and find the perfect arrangement that keeps every one of them happy.
How to Play Arklet
The goal is to satisfy as many pets as possible on each floor by pairing them with suitable neighbors. Every animal is an individual: a massive elephant might panic near a tiny mouse, while meerkats and raccoons crave company, and bears or porcupines prefer a quiet corner to themselves. Some animals have special requests — a room with a lighthouse view, or proximity to food supplies. Distribute arriving animals into cozy rooms, then experiment and rearrange until every creature feels safe and comfortable. No timers add pressure; blocks can be shuffled endlessly to find the ideal layout. A captain oversees your progress and assigns peculiar missions throughout the campaign.
Drag and drop animals into cabins using the mouse or touch input. Attention, logic, and resourcefulness all factor into scoring the most satisfying arrangement.

FAQ
What makes an animal feel "comfortable" in its cabin?
Each animal has individual traits — fears, dislikes, social preferences, and special requests. An elephant placed near a mouse will panic, social animals like meerkats need company, and solitary ones like porcupines want their own space. Some also require specific conditions, such as a view of the lighthouse or closeness to food supplies.
Is there a time limit or pressure to arrange animals quickly?
No timers exist in Arklet. Room blocks can be rearranged as many times as needed until the perfect combination is found, keeping the pace entirely meditative.
What locations does the ARKlet expand into as the game progresses?
Gradually building your zoo unlocks new locations ranging from sunny piers to icy icebergs, though some of these areas are still a work in progress.
What role does the captain play in Arklet?
The captain watches over your arrangement work and assigns peculiar missions throughout the campaign, adding structured objectives on top of the core sorting puzzle.
