Merge to AGI is a cozy merge-2 puzzle set inside a garage AI startup. The goal is to build that scrappy lab into a full AGI empire, expanding across ten districts while eight rival labs compete against you on a live leaderboard. The four resource types — hardware, code, data, and coffee — combine into progressively better gear, and a cast of parody customers keeps the orders flowing as the operation scales up.

How to Play Merge to AGI: Merge, Fill Orders, Build Your Empire

Tap a generator to produce items, then drag two identical items onto each other to merge them into the next tier. When customers request specific items, hand those in to earn coins and XP. Coins go into the Empire to fund projects and unlock new districts, pushing the lab closer to AGI while rival labs climb the same leaderboard.
