How to Play Brush & Sparkle: Clean and Treat Every Tooth
The goal is straightforward: clean and treat every tooth before the timer runs out. Select a tool from the toolbar, then hold and drag over the target tooth to apply it. Avoid scrubbing the gums or the tongue, and pull the tool away the moment the patient closes their mouth — staying in too long means getting bitten.
