Block Sudoku fuses the block puzzle format with classic Sudoku logic into a single, color-coded challenge. The goal is to place colorful number blocks onto a grid while satisfying Sudoku rules — no duplicate numbers in any continuous row or column segment. Obstacles on the grid divide rows and columns into separate segments, which shapes where each number can legally land. One scene shows red, green, and blue geometric blocks composed of small squares arranged both inside and outside a white square border.

Beyond the core placement rules, color zones add a second layer of constraint: every block belongs to a specific colored area and must be placed only within its matching region. Special hint challenges layer on additional brain-teasing requirements, making each puzzle more than a straightforward fill-in exercise.

How to Play Block Sudoku: Fill the Grid Following All Rules and Hints

The win condition is to fill the entire grid while satisfying every rule and hint requirement. Blocks are drawn from a panel at the bottom of the screen and placed by dragging them onto the grid. When a block is close enough to a valid position, it snaps automatically into place.

• Each color corresponds to specific placement zones, and a block can only be dropped into an area that matches its color.

Complete Hints

• Yellow circled cells must each contain a different number from the others in that hint group.
• Number hints mark a cell with the exact digit that must be placed there.
