Yatzy Offline

About Yatzy Offline: Classic Dice Game of Luck and Strategy

Yatzy Offline is a classic dice game that blends luck, analytical thinking, and smart strategy into a simple, endlessly replayable format. The appeal is hard to pin down precisely — something about rolling those dice over and over again, waiting for all five to land on the same number, delivers a satisfaction that is better experienced than explained. Seeing those sixes finally line up is beyond delight.

How to Play Yatzy Offline: Score the Highest in 13 Rounds

The objective is to achieve the highest possible score across exactly 13 rounds. Each turn, a player rolls five dice and attempts to form desired combinations, each carrying fixed or variable point values. Results are recorded on a score sheet after every turn, and the player with the highest total at the end of all 13 rounds wins.

The Yatzy Roll and Scoring Rules

A Yatzy occurs when all five dice show the same number. Rolling five sixes is the best possible roll in the game. The first Yatzy scored in the Yatzy slot is worth 50 points. Rolling an additional Yatzy after already claiming those 50 points earns a 100-point bonus.
