Pill Roulette is an intense turn—based pill roulette game. In each round, you will be asked to choose a pill to take. Some of them are useful, some are harmful. You do not know what you are going to take and how it will affect your health. Every pill affects your life. Choose wisely: zero lives is the end of the game.
In between rounds, you can choose from a variety of auxiliary items to buy: candy to skip a turn, a vaccine to replenish your health, and many other auxiliary items that will allow you to win.
Don't forget that your opponent has exactly the same privileges. He will bluff, adapt, and use everything at his disposal to win.
