Prison Pump
About Prison Pump: Train, Earn Strength, Rise Through the Ranks
Prison Pump drops you into a prison gym where strength is the only currency that matters. Starting out as a skinny rookie, every rep you complete builds your body and pushes you up the social ladder. The game combines simplicity, steady progression, and the gritty spirit of real prison workouts into a casual, endless experience.
Several scenes show characters wearing orange trousers with exaggerated muscular upper bodies at varying stages of development. A blue court with white lines and a basketball hoop appears surrounded by red brick walls and metal fencing. One scene shows a row of white vertical metal frames with horizontal bars resting on a stone-patterned blue floor.
How to Play Prison Pump
The goal is straightforward: train consistently, collect strength points, improve your appearance, unlock new workout zones, and climb the inmate leaderboard. Push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups are the core exercises that drive your progression. Earn enough respect and you prove yourself the true boss of the yard.
